Product Availability

KAAG shall not guarantee the availability of the products shown on the Site. Nevertheless, customer may choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the missing product in order to receive a complete delivery, in the event that KAAG shall not be in a position to deliver a product from those ordered due to lack of inventory.

In such an event, KAAG shall advise customer by e-mail or phone when the product will become available.

In the event that customer chooses to receive a partial order KAAG will only charge customer for the items delivered. The missing items will be charged when delivered.

KAAG shall not be held responsible for any and all damages customer may incur due to the insufficiency of the products held in inventory.
