Sales Conditions

The price payable for each product ordered is the one appearing on the Site for that product at the time of customer's purchase.

All prices are stipulated in Canadian dollars.

Shipping and handling charges, as well as all applicable sales taxes (only for sales in Canada), shall be added to the price of the product.

KAAG reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Site at any time and without any further notice.

Method of payment & Invoicing

We accept these forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards – Visa et MasterCard via our payment virtual terminal
  • Paypal E-mail payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, e-CHECK, Paypal Account
  • Money orders (in Canadian dollar)
  • Bank drafts (in Canadian dollar)
  • Certified Cheque to KAAG drawn from a Canadian Financial Institution

We don’t accept cash payment.

Take note that :

when your order is placed online and you request a phone follow-up for confirmation and payment, one of our representatives will get in touch with you within 48 hours to confirm your order and note down information on your credit card in order to process your order.

when your order is placed online but you choose an Internet follow-up for confirmation and payment, your invoice will be sent directly to the e-mail address provided and you’ll be able to proceed to payment through the securized PayPal payment system using any credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER) or your PayPal Account.


In order to cancel an order placed through the Site,

  • You should have your order number at hand.
  • Contact us at (514) 798-1620 or without charges at Toll Free North America 1 877 474-5224.
  • The order will be cancelled unless the it has already been shipped.
  • Within a reasonable delay, your credit card account will be credited of the total amount of your purchases.
  • If the order has been shipped before you asked for a cancellation, the Return Policy applies.

Product Delivery

  • No delivery shall be made to a P.O. Box address.
  • Your payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the delivery of the products.
  • Delivery of your order shall be subject to the rules of the delivery company designated by KAAG. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery to your address, it shall be your responsibility to recuperate the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.
  • KAAG, through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address you indicated in your order.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
  • Delivery of your order will be made by KAAG, through the delivery company, within a reasonable delay after KAAG's acceptance of your order. The delays, shipping and handling charges may vary according to the availability of the products.
  • For any product delivered outside Canada, you’ll be responsible for any clearance charges and any other inherent fees incurred by the exportation outside Canada.

Exchange and Return Policy

KAAG shall accept product returns, without any penalty, within 14 days following the delivery of the product. The product or products returned shall be accompanied by the invoice and the authorization number hereinafter described.

Prior to returning any and all products you shall obtain an authorization number by phone at 1 877 474 5224. At that time, KAAG shall explain the procedures to follow in order to return the products. KAAG shall not assume any shipping and handling charges required to return the products.

Customer shall assume the delivery charges and the risks of loss or damage to the products that you wish to return.

For the returned products, any amount charged on your credit card for these products, other than the delivery fees, will be credited as soon as possible provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.

However, if KAAG did not delivered the products which you ordered, KAAG will assume all delivery fees and risks of loss and damages.

In this last case, KAAG will assume all delivery charges and risks of loss or damage if you returns the products through a delivery company that guarantees against risks of loss and damages.

Finally, please note that you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, or that has been used, unless the product is defective.

Warranty Policy

KAAG warrants to the consumer that the products appearing on this Web Site, if used in accordance with regular use, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. At KAAG discretion, defective product will be replaced or substituted with a product of equal or greater value.

Warranty excludes the coverage of:

1. The normal dulling of the cutting blades in all KAAG® cutting tools
2. Regular wear and tear on all products
3. Breakage of any product due to improper or unreasonable use, or misuse of products
4. Normal use will cause marring-this is not a manufacturer defect and will not be warranteed.
5. Corrosion of metal due to very poor maintenance after uses in water, especially salt water
6. Damage from external causes or conditions not caused by KAAG
